The Astronomical Journal debuts design changes and e-first publishing

The Astronomical Journal begins E-first publication of papers with the July 2006 issue (Volume 132. Issue 1). As soon as a standard research paper is in its final form, it can be placed in the next available issue and published online, without waiting for final production of a printed issue. Read more.
